I need to reinstall my Swann eye camera because I changed my modem.

I try to login but nothing works. I tried resetting everything, but the system keeps saying that the verification number or device number is wrong. I tried everything and checked and checked and checked. I am typing the good numbers but nothing works.

Can you help me with that problem?
